Discovery cards — GM keeps these until revealed

A repeated reply

The tower sounds. One breath later the courtyard flag rises. Write which signal should invite which response. Keep this note when objects return to their starting places. Try this: Compare the two timing observations and plan a later round.

The early chalk mark

The striker reaches its chalk mark before the courtyard signal. A west pinhole passes out of reach at the second stroke. A pin already in place stays until the next reset. Try this: Choose whether to inspect or pin early this round.

Three rehearsal spaces

Round one: ____ . Round two: ____ . Round three: ____ . Remembered notes remain. Pins, handbells, invitations and positions return. After round three, the rehearsal ring is empty. Try this: Separate the retained plan from jobs that must be done again.

Two streets, two handbells

Upper street: bell carrier ____ . Lower street: bell carrier ____ . Both must hear the order: invitation, reply, opening. The route is slower than the tower but reaches every doorway. Try this: Assign two carriers and brief the shared sequence.
