Run a repeating morning without losing the thread
Walk through The Inn with Two Dawns: retain the cup and letter discoveries, reset privacy and the coach, then use the second morning's invitation window before it closes.
Show what dawn will and will not change
The Inn with Two Dawns allows two mornings and only one rewind. Make two columns. Retain knowledge of the cup's surviving scratch, the letter and latch, and the reader's waiting place. Reset the morning's beats, privacy agreement, reader's position, coach-door state and hay basket. Revealed cards remain known. In the 90-minute route, each morning starts with three beats and the coach information is supplied. The 120-minute route starts with four beats and asks the group to discover that information.
Spend the first morning learning a usable sequence
For the short route, go from the Inn porch to the Breakfast room and compare the scratched cup for one beat. Continue to the Guestbook nook and listen to Mara about the sealed letter for another. One beat remains, so the coach-door event fires: a new invitation is now too late. This is useful information, not an instruction to invent another deadline. Begin the next round. The group returns to the porch with three fresh beats and its cup, letter and coach knowledge intact.
Use the second morning's window precisely
Reach the Guestbook nook and arrange a private reading. It requires the retained cup and letter discoveries and at least two beats; spending one leaves two. Move through the East window to the Stable yard and invite the willing reader. The door must still be open, and at least two beats must remain before this action. The invitation spends one, leaving one; the coach door closes, but the already-invited reader can finish. Return to the East window for the private reading, which costs no additional beat and ends the repetition.
Make a missed opportunity lead to a prepared ending
An extra wait between the second morning's privacy agreement and invitation would close the door too soon. Do not add a third morning. With the latch known, the group can unhook the charm at the East window while leaving the letter sealed; Mara arranges a later farewell. The unconditional departure also accepts an unfinished farewell. If the GM closes the final round, the exhausted-charm ending resolves it. Nobody reads the private letter aloud to earn success. Ask which remembered observation changed the second attempt, then record the actual ending.
