Host a bargain with four real sides

Run A Place at the Festival Table with four parties, six meal batches, four benches and two water measures; distinguish a two-bell supper from the longer courtyard programme.

Give every party something concrete to protect

A Place at the Festival Table has four parties. Ila's cooks offer six meal batches and require one reserved for late workers. Ren's musicians want a credited acoustic set or a separate full-voice slot. Suni's residents need a clear access lane and an appropriate sound level. Pavo's wash crew needs two water measures, the reserved meal and a named finishing bell. Lay out six food counters, four benches and two water measures at the Festival square. Agreement means those commitments fit together.

Build the short route in visible steps

The 90-minute route has three setup turns and two bell slots. At the Covered kitchen court, reserve one actual meal batch, leaving five for public service, then obtain the cooks' commitment. At the Music pavilion, posting the credited acoustic set spends one setup turn. Back in the square, placing all four benches beside the clear lane spends another. Ask the players to show where ordinary passage remains possible. A friendly speech cannot replace the reserved meal, programme or usable lane.

Check the remaining parties before serving

Take the acoustic long-table plan to the Residents' quiet porch for Suni's agreement. Reach the Wash cart and relief board through the Linking arcade; show Pavo the reserved batch, two available water measures and the final bell. The two-slot rolling supper at the square requires all these agreements. It consumes the five public batches, both water measures, the last setup turn and both bell slots. Read those costs before choosing it. The result is two seatings and a wash shift that ends when promised.

Let the longer programme have a real cost

The 120-minute route provides four setup turns and three bells. Ren can instead post a full-voice courtyard set, paired with two benches in each courtyard. That layout earns residents' agreement by separating sound levels; the final service uses three bells rather than two. In the short route that extra bell does not exist, so the same programme cannot be promised on enthusiasm alone. If water is missing or a boundary remains unmet, defer the communal meal and leave supplies with their custodians. Record the exact missing commitment for the next meeting.
